The 209 rooms in this four-star hotel are spread over six floors. All building-services-related pipes are installed in the same high vertical riser. Because of the level of heat transmission to the cold water installation, especially in conjunction with the increased cold water inlet temperatures in summer, extensive flushing measures were necessary. The use of KHS CoolFlow makes temperature-controlled flushing unnecessary and significantly conserves drinking water.
