KEMPER knowledge

Knowledge – a valuable resource

Knowledge is a commodity that grows when shared. Having the right knowledge at the right time often provides a decisive competitive edge. That is why the transfer of knowledge at KEMPER is a key building block for the mutual success of both supplier and user.

Exchange of experience and transfer of knowledge

The exchange of experience between employees, customers and suppliers delivers important insights for the continuous optimisation of products and services. Mutual understanding becomes the engine of innovation.

This has enabled the flow of the latest findings into the development of the KEMPER Hygiene System KHS, for example, and led to an unrivalled product innovation in the field of drinking water hygiene.

In addition, the transfer of knowledge encourages the development of accompanying innovations for products, demonstrated for example by the success of the calculation and design software Dendrit STUDIO.
