The modern extension provides space for 47 new beds and creates more room for core medical specialities such as cardiology and intensive care. With KHS CoolFlow for cold water circulation, we have placed hygienic efficiency and reliable temperature control at the heart of this project.

The Pius Hospital in Oldenburg has undergone structural development for over a decade, with extensions and refurbishments carried out whilst the hospital remained fully operational. As the largest Catholic hospital in the north-west and part of Oldenburg University Hospital, particular focus is placed on hygiene, supply guarantee and transparency in its drinking water installation.

The communal showers in the changing room area at OTTO FUCHS KG in Meinerzhagen have been modernised. A KTS Water Heater PRO from KEMPER, featuring a digital controller, is now used for hot water heating – ensuring reliable drinking water hygiene and energy-efficient hot water heating.

As a modern, high-volume car wash facility, Autowaschcenter Halbe faces unique demands in terms of drinking water hygiene and operational reliability. Cleaning chemicals and potential microbiological contamination require a dependable safeguarding system for the drinking water. Our FK‑5 PRO break tank station provided a fully compliant solution that ensures maximum safety at all times during ongoing operations.

In the new build of the DAS AFFALTERBACH. premium hotel and the conversion of the adjoining residential building, the project team relied on KEMPER’s well-designed building technology and expert advice. The highlight of this project: a cold-water circulation system using KHS CoolFlow, intended and implemented here for the very first time.

As a healthcare facility, the Lüdenscheid Clinic must meet the highest standards of drinking water hygiene whilst also keeping a close eye on the energy consumption involved in the supply of hot water. To reconcile these ambitious objectives, the existing system was replaced with an innovative one comprising cascading direct DHW stations and coordinated buffer tanks from the KEMPER ThermoSystem KTS range – while the facility remained in operation.
